I blend multiple techniques and intuitive touch to target specific areas of pain and restriction. Each session is customized to what my client needs, whether they are recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, seeking sports massage, working to restore mobility, or releasing trapped energy and finding deep relaxation. I utilize multiple modalities and therapies (including deep tissue, fascial release, and trigger point therapy) to relieve pain, improve movement, and support each client’s healing, balance, and performance.

This technique uses specially designed stainless steel instruments for detecting and treating scar tissue, adhesions, and fascial restrictions that limit your movement. This IASTM (Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization) technique is effective for improving range of motion and eliminating pain at its source.

Barefoot massage is an incredibly relaxing technique that uses the feet to deliver sustained, deep pressure. This enables the therapist to reach much deeper levels of soft tissue. This slow, deliberate work releases tension while calming your nervous system, making it especially effective for large muscle groups like the back, hamstrings, glutes, and shoulders. The technique combines elements of Ashiatsu and myofascial-focused barefoot methods.

This gentle, rhythmic technique stimulates lymph flow throughout your body and is essential for removing cellular waste and supporting immune function. It's particularly beneficial for migraines, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, lipedema, arthritis, after surgery, and is deeply relaxing for anyone.

This somatic and very intuitive work focuses on tension in your face, jaw, neck, and scalp. These places of tension can contribute to headaches, TMJ and jaw pain, and visible signs of stress. This unique treatment includes gentle work both outside and inside the mouth to release tight fascia, reduce jaw and neck pain, sculpt facial contours, reduce puffiness, and restore a more relaxed, youthful appearance.

Every session includes time on my Therasage Biomat, which combines PEMF therapy, infrared heat, red light therapy, and gemstone technology to enhance your relaxation at the cellular level. This therapeutic mat boosts circulation, reduces pain, promotes restorative sleep, stimulates tissue repair, relieves muscle tension, and supports detoxification and overall wellness.

Cupping therapy uses suction cups placed on the skin to lift and separate underlying tissue, promoting increased blood flow and allowing healing oxygen to access constricted and painful spots. This ancient technique can help reduce chronic pain, ease muscle stiffness, break up scar tissue and adhesions and speed recovery from injury or overuse. Many clients also find cupping beneficial for improving circulation, reducing inflammation, and supporting the body’s natural detox process. It’s a great way to relax tight muscles, open the fascia restrictions, and restore mobility.

Sound therapy uses vibration and resonant frequencies from tuning forks, singing bowls, or other instruments, to promote deep relaxation and support the body’s natural healing process. As sound waves move through tissue, they create a gentle vibrational effect that can help ease muscle tension, calm the nervous system, and encourage a state of rest that supports circulation and recovery. Many clients describe this experience as deeply calming, often easing joint and soft tissue pain while quieting the mind.
